PLEASE NOTE: Moving or Removal of any Sanctuary furniture is to be done by custodial staff only and upon prior request. If not applicable, please enter N/A.
The use of church audio and video equipment is limited to First Church groups, and special arrangements must be made at least one week in advance to ensure its availability and that someone in your group is trained in its use. The staff cannot setup without prior authorization. PLEASE NOTE: Custodians are responsible for emptying trash containers, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and moving furniture or equipment. Set-up and clean-up of food, decorations and restocking of kitchen supplies are the responsibility of the sponsoring group.
If event is on a Sunday in Patterson Hall, only metal chairs will be used.
