Sacred Practices

Sacred Practices, founded by Dr. Bob Kalayjian, is a time for seekers to gather and share spiritual practices, including mindfulness, contemplative prayer, Taizé, yoga, chi gong, Reiki, chant, ecstatic dance, poetry, etc.  Everyone is welcome and no prior experience is required.  The next gathering on Wednesday, February 28 at 7 p.m. in Sacred Space will feature guided meditation and Reiki sharing led by Tina Datsko (plus tea and treats). Sunday Service

FCCLB is a liberal, Open & Affirming and unabashedly progressive church in the United Church of Christ denomination. You can join our in-person worship in our historic Sanctuary. Sunday worship is also livestreamed on our YouTube channel – click here to view our Sunday worship livestream!

Our sanctuary is ADA accessible and listening devices are available. Parking is available in the Civic Center parking structure on Broadway Ave & Third Street ; we validate parking on Sunday mornings. 

Social Justice Book Club

The Social Justice Book club meets monthly on 2nd Saturdays from 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM. The group gathers by Zoom, includes church and community members, and is facilitated by Stephanie Fisher and Harold Sutherland.
